Service Description
How many times have you been to the gym with a male partner and find yourself lifting like your ''The Rock" or feel like your going to injury something!? No worries of that with this class. Here we'll learn how to lift as a female keeping in mind the female anatomy as well as the need for power and strength. After this class you will be showing your male gym partner(s) how to lift weights properly! But most importantly how to maintain your new look for a life time! *Class duration is 3 days a week for 6 weeks, totaling 18 classes. Pick any 3 days that match your schedule, goals or interest. Total cost is $360
