Setting the bar high! This class is for those trainee's looking to shed pounds fast quick and in a hurry! With that being said, at your pace expect to work hard with a little push. Lots of fun, lots of music and lots of results... Let's go! *Class duration is 3 days a week for 6 weeks, totaling 18 classes. Pick any 3 days that match your schedule, goals or interest. Total cost is $360
