Service Description

In this Core training program we will tone up by burning calories with a variety of up tempo exercises focusing on the rectus (front), transverse (area between oblique’s and rectus) and oblique’s (side). The best part of this program is that these exercises also work other muscles like groin, hip flex and abductor. In turn these other muscle group develop, helping to strengthen your core and allow you to do more ab exercises thus yielding more results.
